Privacy policy
This policy explains how Kewsi expects to handle information as the product moves toward launch. It is plain-language placeholder legal copy and should be reviewed before public release.
Last updated: June 14, 2026
What information Kewsi collects
Kewsi collects information needed to provide account access, operate the product, respond to support requests, and improve the experience. The exact data collected may change as the product matures.
Account information
When you create an account, Kewsi may process your email address, authentication identifiers, profile fields you choose to provide, and account timestamps. Do not include sensitive personal details in profile fields.
Decision and scenario data
Future Kewsi features may allow you to enter decisions, options, priorities, assumptions, and scenario notes. That information may be used to provide decision-support features. Kewsi does not currently save decision-builder entries in the frontend shell.
Analytics and technical data
Kewsi may collect limited technical information such as device, browser, page, performance, and error data. Current analytics scaffolding is intentionally minimal and avoids logging personal information, emails, decision text, and contact messages.
Cookies and local storage
Kewsi uses cookies and browser storage where needed for authentication, session management, security, and basic app functionality. Supabase authentication relies on session cookies.
Third-party services
Kewsi currently uses Supabase for authentication and data services and Vercel for hosting. These providers may process technical and account-related information as part of operating the app.
Data retention
Kewsi retains information only as long as reasonably needed for product operation, security, legal, or support purposes. Specific retention periods will be refined before public launch.
User rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Use the contact page for privacy-related requests.
Security
Kewsi is designed to use established platform security controls, authentication checks, and row-level security assumptions. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
Children’s privacy
Kewsi is not intended for children under 13, and the product should not be used by children where parental consent or additional protections are required.
Changes to this policy
Kewsi may update this policy as the product evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
