You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, using accurate information, and keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Kewsi, attempt to disrupt the service, access another user’s account, submit unlawful content, or use the product in ways that could harm others.
User content
You are responsible for the information you enter into Kewsi. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or content that contains unnecessary sensitive information.

Kewsi provides decision-support tools. It does not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other specialized advice.
No guarantee of outcomes
Kewsi may help you compare options and think through tradeoffs, but it does not guarantee that any choice will produce a particular outcome.
Intellectual property
Kewsi, including its interface, branding, copy, and product concepts, is owned by Kewsi or its licensors. You retain responsibility for content you provide.
Termination
Kewsi may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if continued access creates risk, or if the service is discontinued.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kewsi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made using the service.
Changes to terms
Kewsi may update these terms as the product changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
